Our 30-Day Promise to You

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return — no stress, no hassle.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

  • You’ll need a copy of your order number or receipt.

  • Items must be purchased directly from forevervital.com.

Opened a product by mistake? We get it. Email us anyway — we'll do our best to help on a case-by-case basis.

 


 

 Easy Return Process

  1. Email support@forevervital.com with your:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Reason for return

    • (Optional) Photo of the item or issue

  2. We’ll respond within 24–48 business hours with instructions.

  3. Ship the item back using your preferred carrier. We recommend a trackable service for peace of mind.

 


 

Fast & Friendly Refunds

Once we receive your return:

  • We’ll inspect and confirm its condition.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • You’ll get an email confirmation when the refund is processed.

Heads up: Original shipping fees (if any) are non-refundable.

 


 

Damaged or Wrong Item? We’ve Got You.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect — we’ll make it right, fast.

Just email us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • A photo of the issue

  • Your order number

We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund, no return needed.

 


 

Exchanges

We don’t do direct exchanges at this time. But you can:

  1. Return your item for a refund

  2. Place a new order for the item you want

International Orders

We gladly accept returns from anywhere in the world, but:

  • Return shipping, customs, and duties are your responsibility.

  • Refunds are processed in USD, based on your original payment method.

 


 

Items We Can’t Accept for Return

For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used products

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “final sale”
